Check one logbook page

Take a photo of an open Jeppesen or ASA Standard Pilot Log, or upload a photo you already saved. We will tell you whether the photo follows the photo guide and whether the book is one we convert. This check does not convert the page, and there is nothing to download.

If you create an account afterward, this photo is saved in a new project named Sample page. You can rename that project on your dashboard. Processing the page uses one of the 3 free credits that come with the account.

Before you upload

  • This check does not need an account or a card, and there is nothing to download.
  • The photo is deleted after 14 days. After the result, a box lets you ask a person to look at the page. That box starts unchecked. Checking it is a request for photo advice or for us to consider a new logbook layout. It is not a review of your flights.
  • The check uses a Zero Data Retention route. The provider does not keep the image after the request, and we do not use it to train a model.
  • We do not sell or share your logbook or your other information. Third-party analytics are used only to monitor and improve site performance. They do not receive this photo.
  • Software reads the page. A person sees the photo only if you check that box, and then only to advise on the photo or the layout.
  • If you add the photo to an account, that copy stays in your project until you delete it.
